How much does it cost to groom my dog?
We aim to keep our prices reasonable but the cost of dog grooming depends on factors like coat type, condition and style required. Check our page dog grooming price list page for approximate price.

 

Do you groom large and old dogs?

Yes, we are equipped with state of the art equipment that can easily accommodate large and old dogs.

 

How long will it take to groom my dog?
Depending on your dogs coat and the type of groom requested, an appointment can take between 2 to 4 hours. Your dog will be pampered in our air-conditioned & relaxed dog grooming spa during their stay here.

 

Do I need to make an appointment for my dog or do you accept walk-ins?
Recommended, so you can get your preferred day and time. Walk-in grooms will only be accepted if we are not booked.

 

When should I book my puppy in for his/her first grooming appointment?

If your puppy is 8 weeks or older and has received the minimum vaccination requirements.

 

How often should my dog visit the salon?

Depends on how often you brush, where do they play, do they go beach etc., Generally we recommend

4-6 weeks, if you want to keep long coats

6-8 weeks, if you want to keep short coats

You can also alternate between full groom and tidy up to maintain the coat.

 

Can I stay with my dog during the grooming?

No. Pets are calmer and better behaved for grooming when the owner is not present. When the owner is present the dog is so focused on the owner and that disrupts the grooming process. With the owner present the dog will not remain still enough for us to groom him safely.

 

My dog is matted but I want to keep long hair?

Because it hurts the dog. We will try our best to save as much of the coat as possible, and use a conditioner to detangle the hair. If the dog has a mat or two– We will do our best to remove the mat and continue on with the haircut.

 

Do I need appointment for my dogs nail trim?

Walk-ins are accepted for nail trim.

 

Do I need appointment for my dogs self-serve wash?

Walk-ins are accepted for self-serve wash. Sometimes you may need to wait 5 to 10 minutes.

We take both cash and Card Payments (Master Card, Visa & American Express)
